During my time with Vaynermedia, I worked across the hall with VaynerTalent on Tom Bilyeu's team to create compelling graphics that elevated the brand's visual presence. My primary focus was on designing eye-catching visuals that promoted Tom's content across various social media platforms, driving significant traffic and engagement to the Impact Theory platform.

My process starts with understanding the brand's goals and audience, followed by brainstorming ideas that align with both. I create initial drafts based on research and inspiration, then seek feedback from the team to refine the designs. After making any necessary adjustments, I finalize the graphics and schedule them for posting, ensuring they are optimized for maximum engagement on social media.

As a result of my efforts, Impact Theory gained over 250,000 new followers on Instagram, significantly expanding its reach and engagement. Additionally, my streamlined design process and strategic content planning saved Tom Bilyeu’s personal team over 30 hours a week, freeing them up to focus on other key areas of the brand.
